There are many ways to learn a language.
I like the language practice in the workplace and study is a good way to acquire and learn English.
Also, there are many books where can we read the free time, did I find myself doing it and trying to buy and look for some books for the translation and conversation.

I got this memory about my old brother , I remember I used to be his follower , I mean he was like my hero , so one day he didn't get home , and I saw my parents going crazy and crying , at that time I knew something bad happend , will .. he died in accident ..

I almost did everything thing you said but you forgot to add video games
But what I discovered that if you watch gangster movies you will end up learning street accent.
So it depends what kind of movies or series you are watching.

recently I learned a new way to learn proffisonal english (expert) by using the holy Quran.
Read the quran and use the translation (saheeh international) .
By understanding the correct translation of the verses , I manage to to learn English, Spanish and
Farsi using this method.
The benifit of this method is you will learn the ( fo9s7a ) language not the street one if you know what I mean.

Arabic : بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
English :
In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

French :
Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux.

Spanish :
En el nombre de Alل, el Compasivo, el Misericordioso!

Conclusion : Al Rahman = the entirely merciful = le tout miséricordieux = el compasivo.

You can check the pronounce with you Spanish friends or google translate.
