HR & Administration Manager

The position:
We are looking for an energetic HR manager with hands-on experience to handle all HR & Administration duties, single-handedly as well as in teams.
Role & Responsibility:
Operational HR & Administration –Time-management, disciplinary issues, record-keeping, Recruitment, conflict resolution, employment clearances
Maintain good relations with Oman Governmental departments – Manpower, Immigration, ROP, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce etc
Identifying human resources & administrative issues and areas of improvements, making recommendations for achievement of organizational objectives
Ensure timely registration & renewal of company licenses with various government ministries
Able to assist and support the inter-departmental Teams
Skills
Task-oriented and organized
Skilled in handling Teams
Negotiation skills
Arabic & English: Read, write, speak
Computer skills – MS Office
Interpersonal skills
Competence & Qualification needed:
Graduate, preferably in Human Resource Management
Desirable Experience:
At least 8 - 9 years of experience in HR & Administration
