It depends what kind of meeting you attend . Even me sometimes I can't understand them ..

if you are going to attend any meeting just have an idea and what topics they are

going to discuss .

Plus you have to listen more programs in English so that will be easy for you to understand and catch what they are saying.

The same problem I have, watch a lot of conversations videos on YouTube will help you to improve the listening side in your language.

-Try to understand English in English and don't try to translate it to Arabic first because it takes up your time and cant catch up with what been said.
- Read English books, magazines and news papers to help your writing too, because from your post it tells that you are writing in an Arabic understanding way for example:
I have a problem to understand the English language in my environment work
it should be Written as I Have a problem of understanding the English language in my work place.

firstly you could attend meetings that you have no idea about what they are talking about. solve this by trying to get at least some ideas for that points.
secondly accent of persons at the meeting is not quite familiar to you. solve this by listening to that specific accent.
Honestly I'm struggling to understand Indian accent. Sometimes I cannot take even one word from them .
therefore, dont be panic and make sure that everyone is facing this kinda of obstacles.

Watch english program to catch english word with fast reading the translate .

Chat lot in english with arab pepole in english so you can ask them what the word means if you do not know it.

Even make a small dicsatiory with note book . When you hear or read word write it down in now book then go th dicsationry to fine the nearest meaning to it in english and what that means in arabic.

First of all in any meeting in work try to understand the purpose of meeting
Write some ideas about that. Project
.

When they speak try to catch keywords in their conversations .

Improve your language by reading , listening and the important thing is practice what you learn try to talk with staff and clinte by English.

Dear; I have recently come across a tweet, saying that if you want to improve your English Language, you need to do the followings:

If you want to speak: Speak, Speak, Speak
If you want to read: Read, Read, Read
If you want to write: Write, Write, Write

If you want to learn: Allocate time, Allocate time, Allocate time!

and if you want to stop; Just Stop!

What do you guys think?

Dear,

Just practice english whenever you can. Try to stick with people speaking english and keep making conversations with them on any topic they are interested in. In the begining you will find it difficult, but through time your speaking skill will improve and your vocabulary will increase.

Another thing, it depends on what accent the people you meet are speaking as some accents are really hard to catch up with. But again, parcticing english with different people will minimize this issue alot.
